AuctionBest operates as a cloud-based software platform (SaaS) providing real-time bidding management, multi-theme projector displays, OBS/vMix broadcast overlays, and player registration tools. Organizers are solely responsible for setting legitimate tournament rules, team budgets, and player eligibility.
1 Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, or conducting an auction event on AuctionBest (accessible at https://auctionbest.in), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
You must be at least 18 years of age or represent a legally recognized sports club, tournament committee, school, or corporate organization to purchase tournament passes and organize live bidding events.
2 Platform Usage & Software License
AuctionBest grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the platform in accordance with the purchased subscription tier or tournament pass for:
- Creating and configuring custom sports auction events with designated purse limits.
- Conducting live real-time bidding rounds with synchronized websocket or polling feeds.
- Displaying projector screens (Themes 1–4) at physical venues and auditoriums.
- Streaming transparent 4K/1080p HUD overlays through OBS Studio, vMix, or Wirecast.
- Generating player self-registration links and digital draft passes.
3 Tournament Organizer Responsibilities
As an auction organizer or tournament administrator:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your master admin credentials and room PINs.
- You ensure that player registration data, team budgets, and auction rules conform to local laws and sports federation regulations.
- AuctionBest is a software calculation and broadcast management tool. We do not participate in, hold custody of, or guarantee real-money franchise squad payouts or physical prize distributions.
4 Player Self-Registration & Content Ownership
When players submit photographs, contact details, statistics, and playing categories via register_player.php:
- Players grant the tournament organizer and AuctionBest the right to display their names, photos, and sporting stats across projector screens, live stream overlays, and roster exports.
- Organizers warrant that they have obtained any required parental or guardian consent for participants under 18 years of age.
- Any fraudulent, offensive, or infringing media uploads may be removed immediately without prior notice.
5 Subscription Plans, Payments & Razorpay Gateway
Paid tiers and event tournament passes are billed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) or local currencies as specified during checkout.
- All payments are securely processed through authorized RBI-licensed gateways (including Razorpay, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking).
- Digital payment receipts and pass confirmations are generated instantly upon transaction completion.
- Cloud auto-save retention limits (e.g. 15 days, 30 days, or lifetime retention depending on your tier) apply to completed tournament databases.
6 Uptime, Network Latency & Limitation of Liability
While AuctionBest is built on low-latency infrastructure optimized for 0.1-second real-time sync, performance depends on client network connectivity and browser hardware.
Under no circumstances shall AuctionBest Technologies Ltd., its directors, or affiliates be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from local network outages, projector hardware malfunctions, third-party livestream platform bans, or organizer configuration errors.
7 Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
